My life revolves around writing and teaching on holistic wellness and innovating how families approach early education and care through our whole-child early education center in Canton Massachusetts.

My approach as a multi-disciplinary practitioner is informed by a diverse educational background in Humanities, Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, Online Technology, Pedagogy, Early Education, and Health and Wellness.

I am passionate about connecting individuals, especially women and girls, to their highest selves. I believe God has given us ALL gifts and talents that must be activated for the greater good and survival of our society.

I am a strong believer of 1 Thessalonians 4:11 ” make it your ambition to lead a quiet life: You should mind your own business and work with your hands…” I love Bible Journaling, bookstores, libraries, and designing beautiful journals and mugs. You can find my creations at ladistinctionco.com/shop.

I love multicultural music, nature walks and photography, psychological thrillers, and homesteading youtube videos.

Wife and the mom of two beautiful humans.
